Creator, leader, maker.

I'm a product leader who's equally at home in a strategy session and a sketchbook. Since 1995, I've been helping teams build digital products people actually want to use — from startups to global organizations.

I co-founded finmarie (fintech for women) and personal finance coach Zuper, led product at Bettermile and Adecco, and co-founded Mind the Gap e.V. to support women in tech.

Outside the office, I write stories and illustrate children's books, teach printmaking, host events and chase good stories. Berlin-based, globally minded.
